► Our equipment's are modified according to use of rental standards.
► Perkins UK original filters, accessories and spare parts are used to service and repair our generators ensuring the long run of equipment's and lesser break downs.
► Only 15W40/CI 4 Synthetic oil is used after 300 Hours of running generators. This ensure longer life and reduces the break down frequency.
► 24x7x365 service team available to attend breakdown at site. In case of breakdown not resolved within 24 hours, replacement will be provided immediately without additional cost.
► Remote Monitoring Support: We install remote monitoring device which will report any failure / breakdown / warning to our service team and we can deploy team to attend the problem even before the customer complains. This will substantially reduce the lead time to rectify and resolve the issue thereby reducing the production losses due to breakdowns.
► For long duration rentals of above 1 Year, we will be replacing the existing generators with Brand new Generators. So customer will be having the same year of manufactured unit.
